Nurse Practitioner

Shanay Smith is a dedicated, compassionate nurse practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. In her current role she has spent two years providing expert care as a family nurse practitioner in both urgent care and primary care settings. This experience has allowed her to develop a keen understanding of acute and chronic conditions, as well as preventative healthcare measures.

Shanay Smith attended Norfolk State University (2010-2013), Bon Secours Memorial School of Nursing (2014-2016), and Purdue Global University (2018-2022). Shanay Smith believes in treating each patient as a unique individual, tailoring patient care plans to their specific needs and preferences. Shanay’s care approach emphasizes patient education and holistic care by remaining informed about the latest research, technologies and best practices.
