Nurse Practitioner

Amanda Iwelunmor is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is a board certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

She is compassionate and goes above and beyond to deliver patient-centered care to patients and their families. Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. While working as a Registered Nurse at both the Detroit Medical Medical Center and the University of Michigan Health system, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Madonna University with an advanced specialty in Hospice and Palliative care.

Amanda has been in the healthcare industry for over a decade with experience in many areas such as emergency medicine, critical care, home health, hospice care and palliative care. She is very passionate about advocating for her patients and firmly believes in taking care of patient as a whole.

In her spare time, she enjoys family time with her husband and two sons, visiting family and friends in Michigan, traveling to explore new cultures, and reading.
